Transparency in all of our processes is important to gaining and maintaining that trust, so, from your first contact, we want you to know what what we are doing and why we are doing it:
- Selling Philosophy : When you contact us about our services we will ask a lot of questions about your employees, your business, and your needs around employee health. This is not to give you a hard sell, it's to provide us with the information required to make sure our services are a good fit with your company's needs and to provide you with the most accurate quote possible. Once we establish that our services are right for your company, we provide a detailed quote for the services discussed.
- Pricing Philosophy: We believe that every business is different, and, therefore, we do not employ a one-price fits all strategy. We work with each business to design a worksite program or service that meet the company's needs at an affordable cost. We also believe that a company should only expect to pay for the employees who participate in our services, not for all employees regardless of participation. Healthy employees and healthy businesses are our first priority and our pricing structure balances that priority with the overhead involved in running a business.
- Billing Philosophy: We realize that wellness programs require a significant investment on the part of a business. To help our companies monitor spending on wellness programming, we bill monthly using invoices that detail how many employees participate in each service and the cost. With only twenty percent of the contract total required up front, your business is in control of wellness spending with the flexibilty to increase or decrease the amount, frequency and number of services we provide.
